Jason Saine

Jason Saine is a public relations and communications manager with extensive experience in press relations, marketing, technology/internet communications and social media campaigns.

I have a background in event planning, scheduling, budgeting and client relationship management.

My work experience has varied from web and print publications, grassroots/community organizing, fund-raising, technology and security sales, desktop and server builds, software deployment, talk radio, to the transportation industry.

I am married to Kathryn Hayes Saine and we have one son, Jackson, who has been a great blessing to us both and we cherish every minute we have with him.

We have two basset hounds, Bailey and Chopper, who are both a significant part of the family.

Our home is in Denver, NC, which is not far from Charlotte, Dallas and Waco. (Inside joke: “I used to commute from Denver to Dallas every morning in 30 minutes or less…And boy are my arms tired.)

We are all sports fans in our household and we most especially like football and NASCAR. We also enjoy baseball and golf.

I am fortunate to have opportunities to cover NASCAR events and PGA Golf events as an Editor/Reporter/Photographer and have enjoyed meeting many of my sports heroes over the years.

We have a fairly diverse household when it comes to our favorite teams. We are all Panthers fans, but I still have an affinity for my Washington Redskins while Kathryn is a Denver Broncos fan. Jackson just likes football, no matter who is playing.

I am also a Los Angeles Dodgers and an Atlanta Braves fan.

I love ACC basketball and also enjoy watching my UNCC 49′ers play.

As far as NASCAR, my favorites are Tony Stewart, Dale Jr., and Kevin Harvick, but, having met a number of the drivers, enjoy watching just about any of them win.

We are all Phil Mickelson fans in our house and enjoy the PGA.

Politically, I consider myself a “Reagan Conservative” and believe in less government, less taxes and more freedom.

On August 16th, 2011, I was selected by the Lincoln County Republican Executive Board to serve in the North Carolina General Assembly to fulfill the term of former Representative Johnathan Rhyne.

Paid for by the Jason Saine Committee, Ryan Appleby, Treas.
